Definitions
– “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to CD Furique Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.
– “You” or “your” refers to any visitor to our website or purchaser of our products.
– “Products” refers to the furniture items offered for sale on inkfurniture.nz.
– “Site” refers to inkfurniture.nz and any affiliated online services.
Acceptance of Terms
– By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
– We reserve the right to cancel your order or terminate your account if these conditions are not met.
Your Account
– You may browse the Site without creating an account.
– To place orders, you must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Ordering & Payment
– All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
– We will contact you within 5 business days if there are any pricing errors, stock issues, or other concerns preventing us from fulfilling your order.
– All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
– Errors and omissions may occur and are subject to correction.
– We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely and immediately upon confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
– We currently ship only to New Zealand addresses.
– Delivery estimates are provided during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery and signature. Title transfers once full payment is received.
Three-Year Warranty
– We provide a limited three (3) year warranty against structural and mechanical defects under normal residential use.
– The warranty begins from the delivery date within New Zealand.
– It covers timber frames, metal supports, and functional mechanisms.
– It excludes damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, spills, environmental factors (e.g. humidity, sunlight), commercial use, or unauthorized repairs.
– To make a claim, visit inkfurniture.nz/warranty or email support@inkfurniture.nz with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue.
– We will respond within 5 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Returns & Cancellations
– We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.
– If your order has not shipped yet, you may cancel it by emailing support@inkfurniture.nz for a full refund.
– If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
– We cover return shipping for valid faulty-item claims.
– To begin the return process, email support@inkfurniture.nz with your order number and issue details.
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item (in its original packaging), we will confirm eligibility within 7 business days.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Intellectual Property
– All content, designs, graphics, and materials on the Site are the property of Ink Furniture or our licensors.
– You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
– Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
– We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.
– These Terms do not override your statutory rights under New Zealand law.
Privacy
– We use Shopify to host our website and manage customer data.
– Your personal information is handled according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
– Any disputes shall be resolved by the New Zealand courts.
