Ink Furniture Refund Policy

CD Furnique Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Ink Furniture website (inkfurniture.nz). We want you to love your purchase—if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our refund and return process works.


1. Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return most new, unused items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding return shipping). To be eligible:

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

You must include all accessories, instruction sheets, and any free gifts.

Process:

Email support@inkfurniture.nz with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the item back at your cost—once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days.


2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect covered under our 3-Year Warranty, we’ll handle return shipping and repair or replacement at no cost.

Process:

Notify us at support@inkfurniture.nz within 14 days of delivery (or immediately for warranty claims).

Provide photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

We’ll arrange collection and organise the repair or replacement.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Clearance and close-out items marked “Final Sale”

Assembly services or installation fees


4. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after we process it.


5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to change-of-mind returns for heavy or bulky items (e.g., large sofas), to help cover handling and warehousing costs. We will inform you upfront if a restocking fee applies.


6. New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) remain unaffected. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, unsafe, or fails to match its description.
