Q: Will the sofa fit in my space and through accessways?
A: Please measure your living room, doorways, hallways, and elevators before placing an order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with measurements or photos so we can help.

Q: Is this sofa suitable for my lifestyle, kids, or pets?
A: Our sofas are designed for everyday comfort and durability. 

Q: What materials are used — is it full leather?
A: All contact surfaces (seats, armrests, backrests) are made of genuine leather. Non-contact areas use high-quality, matching materials to balance value and aesthetics.

Q: What’s the frame made of? Is it durable?
A: Our sofas are constructed with solid wood or metal-reinforced frames for long-lasting stability and strength.

Q: Will the colour look the same in person?
A: We strive for colour accuracy in our photos, but lighting and screen settings may affect perception. At this time, we do not provide swatches by post.

Q: How does delivery work? Can I collect it myself?
A: We offer nationwide delivery in New Zealand via Mainfreight 2Home. You can also pick up from our Auckland warehouse or selected Mainfreight depot cities. Delivery and depot transfer fees apply.

Q: What if I want to cancel or return my order?
A: If your order hasn't shipped, you may cancel for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted. Faulty or damaged items are covered under warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Q: How long will the sofa last? Is it worth the investment?
A: With solid frames and genuine leather contact surfaces, our sofas are crafted for long-term comfort and visual appeal — a smart investment for your home.

Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: All sofas come with a 3-year limited warranty covering structural and mechanical defects. For full details, please refer to our Warranty page.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Email support@inkfurniture.nz with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We'll assess your request within 5 business days and arrange repair or replacement if approved.

Q: Can I request fabric or leather samples?
A: We currently do not offer physical swatches. Please refer to close-up product images and contact us if you'd like help choosing a finish.

Q: Any tips for care and maintenance?
A: Avoid placing your sofa in direct sunlight or near heaters. Wipe leather with a soft cloth and condition it occasionally. Clean spills immediately and avoid harsh chemicals.

Q: Do you have a showroom or trial period?
A: We currently operate online only and do not offer in-person trials. If you have specific questions about feel or fit, we're happy to assist virtually.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and POLi. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Q: Do you offer financing or buy-now-pay-later?
A: Not at the moment. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Q: What happens if I cancel after dispatch?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged on arrival?
A: If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos. We'll arrange return, repair, or replacement as covered under our warranty and NZ consumer law.
