Delivery Coverage
– We provide delivery across most cities and towns in New Zealand.
– Deliveries are not available to PO Boxes or offshore islands.
– Our dispatch warehouse is located at: 9 Volkner Place, Rosedale, Auckland
Delivery Timeframes
– In-stock items are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after order confirmation.
– Pre-order or custom items will follow the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page (typically 6–12 weeks).
– You will receive a delivery booking email within 1–2 working days after purchase, allowing you to select your preferred delivery date.
– A text message or call will be sent one day prior to delivery with final confirmation.
Pickup Options
– You are welcome to collect in-stock items directly from our Auckland warehouse (Rosedale location).
– Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
– For pre-order items, we will notify you once your item is ready for collection.
– Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID.
– Ensure your vehicle and assistance are suitable for transporting large items.
Local Depot Pickup (Outside Auckland)（Not yet available）
– If you live outside Auckland, you may opt to pick up your order from a Mainfreight local depot in the following cities:
Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill
– Items will be shipped from our Auckland warehouse to your chosen depot.
– Standard freight charges to the depot apply and are calculated based on item volume (approx. 1.5 m³ per sofa).
– You will be notified when your item arrives at the depot and is ready for collection.
Delivery Fees
– Final delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and item volume.
– The rate structure is based on Mainfreight 2Home pricing.
– A Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) of 13.15% and GST (15%) apply to all freight costs.
– For a general reference: delivery to central Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch typically ranges between $120–$190 NZD per item.
Onsite Delivery Service
– Standard service includes indoor, ground-floor placement to your room of choice.
– Delivery is free of handling fees if completed within 15 minutes.
– Stairs, tight access, or heavy lifting can be arranged but must be communicated directly with the Mainfreight 2Home delivery driver when they contact you.
– No assembly service is provided.
